How Can I Disable Security Plugin On Android Phone

Good day, great people. Pls, I want to know if it's possible to deactivate a security plugin on my android phone that is used to monitor and track my phone. The phone was bought on loan service and now it's so annoying because anytime I try to enable developer options through the build number. It will show contact IT, admin. What can I do?. I want to tweak the mock location of the phone so I can take surveys not available in my country
