How Can I Decrease The Bounce Rate On HitLeap Traffic?

I noticed that the bounce rate on all HitLeap traffic (regardless of the duration on page) is 99.5%+

Does anyone know any tricks to get this percentage down?

Think about it, Hitleap is a traffic exchange that works on autosurf. As i type this i have probably viewed 5 different sites without actually looking at it, in reality no one will look at the site, its might as well be a bot.
