I want to resell the site but getting less interest from buyers because of high spam score. What options have I got now ? I do not want to sell in loss for low price.

I would try to improve the quality of the content on it, if possible. Also you should check and disavow all spammy backlinks and try to get some links from higher quality, reputable sites.
It won't be fast, mind you, but quicker than doing nothing.

disavow all those spammy site links and wait for a while, meanwhile building quality links.
Or I guess there are some services here to increase DA and decrease SS score within 2 weeks or something you may try that.

As far as I am aware you cant really, disavowing links makes it safer for you in regards to Google penalty however will have no effect on MOz Tools spam score as they don't know what is in your disavow file that you send to Google. Only thing you can do is build more low spam score links so your spammy links have less impact overall for you spam score on Moz.

Why are so many referencing on page SEO, content and disavow links when the original poster asked about spam score which is a MOZ tools scoring system that has absolutely nothing to do with content or on page content.
