Those are just auto-generated pages on expired or cheap .xyz domains, basically a simple PBN setup. Spin up WordPress on bulk domains, auto-publish keyword stuffed posts with your link, done. Low quality though, use with caution.

These spam links target basically every domain there is. If you own any site you're pretty much guaranteed to have these sorts of backlinks showing up on reports. The outfits making them are just advertising their telegram channels by luring curious webmasters who are checking their backlinks.

They basically get hold of a database of newly registered domains, autogenerate pages based on them, and use their huge networks of domains and pages to make sure their backlinks are crawled by Ahrefs etc. AFAIK most of these services block Googlebot - their links are solely there for advertising to SEO tool users. They won't do anything for any sort of search ranking.

Mostly these kind of backlinks are there in casino niche websites! Especially in those niches, many webmasters do not go in-depth into Backlinks, Onpage and these spammers promote their services by building backlinks to page 1 websites so that competing websites that are checking these backlinks may reach out to these guys, believing they will rank them!
