How Can I Create RSS from my Static Site?

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows an program that can create an rss feed from my static html website?

Not sure if something useful has been posted on here though I'd appreciate any help anyone can shed.

you can make feeds with this website:
http://www.feedyes.com/

or use a program like:
http://www.extralabs.net/rss-wizard.htm

which converts html into rss.
