How can i create Paypal account?

If you use google "buy verified paypal account" there are a lot of websites selling accounts, and they claim that some are verified. Some even come with access to a phone number, copy of ID's and other documents. But don't know how reliable this is... But for $50/60 it can be worth trying.

For small amounts of money, you can just open the Paypal version of the site that has buying + selling features enabled, then you can login on to the normal Paypal site. No need for VPN or proxies.
