How can i create my own facebook interest??

Hey guys, after running ads for the last several months, i see that there is some interests that people definitely made up, for example, "Amazon" has its own interest, but then there is another "amazon" spelled with a lowercase "a" and has under 500k people in its target audience,

I feel like there is a way to get your own interest into facebooks ads manager and build up that interest separately, anyone have any idea how i would go about this process?
