A method that actually works is talking to your parent to lend you his/her cellphone, you're going to search a funny video to show him/her, but before that you create a few gmail accounts. Anti-moral but it works!

Another method that is working is go to a university, go to computer science area where are many computers and you have free access, create one account per computer. It works.

Use a proxy to use TextNow but I think they do not work for gmail verification.

There are many services available on BHW that sell cheap PVA emails. I think it's a better option to buy than create for yourself because when you try to create accounts by yourself you will need phone verification service and it will cost $. So you have to pay anyways. It's better to reduce work atleast and buy directly PVA accounts.

Op, free gmail without phone verification in quantity is a pain. You will need numbers to phone verify. You can get them cheap from sites like sms-activate.ru, smspva.com etc.
And after each account you have to change ip on your mobile with airplane mode on and off.
