There are certain VCC that you can use but with real credit/debit card, it won't go through. You can also try some stolen cc for sale.

Does accounts name and pfp matter ? And do I have to buy old accounts as they need 30 day old for blue check !

Consider a SMM panel for that sort of thing, if you're looking to automate the process of management. That said, you'll want really good residential IPs if you're targeting audience outside of your local one, and mobile proxies are really good for that sort of thing.

First you need to warm your accounts show twitter that your accounts are active + if you change the picture for the account you can’t subscribe and until three days
Btw I bought the blue check for 5 twitter accounts from my personal credit card I chosed the cheapest plan just to get the blue checked its 8 dollars for every account .
I used them from 2 iPhones same internet without proxy because am not spaming
But befoe a few days because i followed many accounts they suspend one of them
So every one be careful twitter rules are very
