It depends of type of accounts you want to create.
If it's long term accounts you should buy clean 4g proxies and connect a maximum of 4 accounts in each proxy
If it's short term accounts you can connect 10 accounts on each proxy

Firstly, if you try to do it quickly, you would need a lot more money than if you try to learn and experiment and then scale it up.
To create the accounts, a quality bot, majority of the public bots leave footprints, so you need a dev who has the skills and knows what he's doing, one might not be enough since you're aiming to do this quick so even two or three might be needed to achieve the perfect product.
Third would be shitloads of accounts, buy them from a premium source at a premium price to ensure you don't go wrong, otherwise, cheaper proxies might get your accounts suspended.
Fourth would be profile information data and profile pictures which you can again scrape or buy from somewhere.
Fifth would be ensuring all of this is in place and working smoothly, testing the bot might take some time and can still cause issues so I would suggest creating a handful of accounts first, see how they go and then scale it up.

But the fact that I'm still having trouble building 100 is that I don't know what way to start,
I don't have a time problem, but whenever I start creating some accounts, I have problems directly.
What am I starting now to step up with a few laughs at the beginning ?

Currently going through this exact pattern ahah
It's super exciting and very hard at the same time
We got a team of two devs on the bot and finished first version yesterday.
It still needs optimisation to handle all button layout possibilities, also better hard/software infrastructure to gain time and make it pop
We already have 100+ 4G european proxies (own bay)
Tonight, the dev team managed to code a scrapper that seems to find no limitation in the amount and diversity of scrapped info.
So we're pretty much set !
Now comes the scaleup part and if everything goes right we have a great way to monetize it
We'll keep this private for now, only using it on our own accounts bot we are thinking about creating a platform in the future.

Hey Rekany !
As you saw in previous anwers, it's hard and requires investment and technical experience.
If you are alone in this adventure without strong dev skills, you have to get help
Wether by paying devs or getting some in the project, splitting benefits
Also, IG is a very stressgenerating biz, we're entirely dependent on IG updates and evena presidential election managed to roam through the whole industry.
So yes, it generates a lot of money when achieved but its very unsustainable, hard and stress generating in my opinion, compared to other businesses.
