How can i create emails with postfix on linux panel?

I have webmin panel and i installed postfix but its very difficult to create emails
which can send and receive emails. Any ideas?

It didn’t help me.

Can I add my domain also on another panel like cpanel and just use it for mails but the files will be hosted on another hoster ?
