How can I create effective backlink request text?

Hello there. I send backlink requests to sites, but I guess they are not returning because of the text. Where can I find ready-made backlink request messages? Is there such a site? What strategy should I follow when I want backlinks?

These are called guest post outreach. If you search for the term, you can find more details. Most people hire copywriters to write convincing e-mails for backlinks. This is not easy and takes a lot of time & efforts. I wouldn't suggest you to automate the process as it looks cheap and unprofessional to the webmasters.

Not this way. semrush tells me where to get backlinks to get one on a keyword. I am sending a message to the contact mail of that site. In the message, I offer a fee or mutual link exchange or cooperation offer. No response to my message. I should write a more enlightening message. I'm looking for ideas for this.

You make unique or interesting emails to send to people or businesses or if you can't do that you pay someone to do the work for you .

ignore what semrush tells you... that won't work. go with the list that I gave you. you need to work hard for your guest posts. meaning writing very good content where people want to publish it. you just sending an email to ask for a backlink ain't gonna work.

Mostly, the guest blog owners are agree for accepting paid articles only. So you need to ask for pricing to post articles. Also you need to mention about content quality, backlinks count on your email.

Here's what I would do:

I would get a ton of backlink targets first.

This is for SEO outreach so maybe get a thousand emails or social media addresses.

The next step is to come up with variations of the same request.

So a typical backlink request is straightforward.

You will talk about your site, what it has to offer, and if they would link back to you.

Of course, you have to customize it, so it doesn't get caught in the spam filters of your recipient.

But you'd notice that many of your emails will be ignored because nobody's going to read them.

But some will get through, and you have to pay close attention to the ones that get opened and make variations of those headings and body text.

After you go through several cycles of this, you will come across a formula that works across the board; stick with it.

That's what you should distribute on a large scale.
