How can I create account from desktop without getting instantly suspended?

I created a 4G hotspot from my mobile, then connected my laptop to it, after that I created a new antidetect (incogniton) browser and try to register Instagram account.

I didn't copy and paste anything to the registration and confirmation boxes, I typed everything - 1st time used a clean my own domain email and second time gmail email.

I got the confirmation code and after I enter it it thinks for couple of seconds and tells me "something went wrong, try again later".

When I try to log into the account it says it has been suspended and I have 180 days to appeal.

I don't understand - I didn't leave any footprints, used 4G IP and it still instantly suspended my accounts.

What am I missing? Is it impossible to create IG acc on desktop?

Do I need some cookies and browsing history in my new antidetect browser before trying to register?

If you're getting suspended it's probably ip blacklist. I made bunch of accounts via my pc
 
if you didnt leave any digitalprint then try mobile number to create account with different browser with different useragent

But I use my real mobile phone 4G connection and tried it 2 times with new connections.

I think it's the antidetect browser. try using some other one and let us know if that helps.

Your IP is blacklisted. Creating a new environment with an anti-detection browser like morelogin or using a 4G proxy is the best way.
The policies of Instagram and Facebook are very strict. I remember someone once said that the registration rate of Facebook is very low, only 6 out of 10 people can register successfully. I don't know either, it's quite complicated for outsiders like us.
 
Buying blank new accounts is much cheaper than acquiring all the tools necessary to create a new account by myself, which is why I have chosen to purchase them.

In your opinion, do anti-bot systems punish "lies" (in the words of the creep.js guy") more than anything else these days, even crowd blending scores? My own efforts are leading me to that conclusion.

Yes, there is score threshold of which if you get over, you will be welcomed with captcha.

Captcha difficulty depends on how far you are after the red line.

e.g. if you get 1 captcha, system thinks you sus but not sure.

if you get 5 or more captchas, you can drop the session as system is certain you are a malicious user and they just waste your time/resources by displaying more than one captcha in a row.
