Nope. It's a secret. You aren't ready to wield such knowledge.
Use blogger OP.
OP Congrats, you've learned how to change the text size here. It's a start just keep going..
Whats does OP mean?
Search for video tutorials over youtube.
Why o why? haha
Words are escaping me. Have you attempted to type the string into Google? Did it return any results to you?
Best places to start are:
To Your Success,
Learn HTML & CSS.
Code Academy is a good place to start.
Try to find threads in this forum. You will learn a lot.

If you wants to create a website, I suggest you to buy a domain and hosting from the better and well reputed company.
After that link you domain with your hosting account. Now you have to install a better script or software as like Wordpress by clicking on the auto installer of your control panel of your hosting account.
Now your website is totally ready and active.
Some people think that here we solve the problems with wand. Well, it is not.
Almost 90% of the questions from newbies as an answer on the first page of Google.
Replying to your first question, there are 3 ways only:
1) Learn to do it yourself using software such as Wordpress which is extremely easy.
2) Hire someone else to build one for you.
3) Learn to code and do things yourself, but I think this option would be a little too much for you seeing as asking this question.
I reckon the Wordpress is the best route for you to try things out first Most hosting companies offer a easy Wordpress installation process, and you will be amazed by how simple it all is.
First things first though, register a name you would like for your company, you can use GoDaddy or other companies to do this.
google search will go a long way.
It's 2014 baby. Back in the day people needed to do everything in HTML then things started to get easier with CSS, even more easier with a web framework and now it is an age where almost everything is being abstracted away and all you need is to click a button and BAM! your website is ready.
Don't believe me just Google "one click website builder" or "push button websites"
Obviously if you are dead serious about making websites for a living then this is probably the worst advice one can give however this should do the job for now.
Search on google and youtube to learn it. There you will get step by step process with snapshots. It will be easy to understand and use it.
Separate names with a comma.
