How can I create a page like this?

Consider the illustration below-

I want a plugin or design option where on a particular page, I can have a few options- Option 1, Option 2, etc.

When each option is clicked it shows the articles headings under that option on the right on the same page. When the second or third option is clicked, it shows the articles headings under those options. Those articles can be opened in a new window upon clicking

It's kinda similar to when we click on a menu option above the site and a small window of options expands. I hope I am able to explain it clearly.

In wordpress, there are two options:-

1) You can create the left links on a left side bar and main links in the post page. On clicking the specific link on left side bar, the post with the relevant article list will show up.

2) If you want to do it only on the post page itself (i.e. with no sidebar), then consider any of the show-hide content plugin available for free/ moderate prices. Check this article : https://www.formget.com/wordpress-show-hide-content-plugins/ where review of such plugins have been done.
 
IF it the WordPress then the Elementor or any Good i think Toggled plugin would make it
