How can I create a great affiliate offer?

Recently registered to Clickbank. Working with a team now to make a great offer.

I see that momentum or last sales is a big metric, to my happiness I see that a lot of 'physical product' offerings are being shown on the top. Same as mine.

Do you think if I copy this play and create a page like this one that it will be good? Or are affiliates only interested in the payouts that they get?
