How can I create a "get paid to" site?

Hey everyone! Im new to web development, and want to thank everyone for reading this before going on. Anyways, I am given the opportunity to start a "get paid to" site (I believe that's what they're reffered to as). To be more specific its where people go to fill out surveys and get paid for each survey they complete. Their are many like this, some are scams though. But mine wont be, and I can get the traffic (SEO) and I have everything needed to power the website. The only problem I have is creating the site, and choosing the correct theme. Is their anywhere I can go to get the theme and just edit whats already given rather than starting from scratch. Anything helps. Thanks!

I would recommend you to get some more experience, as you say you're new to web dev, before you create your own survey site.
It's not easy as 123, download a theme and done. Survey sites are a bit more complicated, wait till you're not new anymore or hire someone to do it for you. My 2 cents.

I've got a GPT site script.
It's a bit dated but you might be able to look at the code and make your adaptations.
