I've looked and tested several options, but none seem to actually work anymore.

How can I convert the html archived site to wordpress?

"HTML archived site" is a little complicated phrase.

1. If your content is plain HTML content, first you need to extract content from each page ( title, description, image, whatever is required ) - this can be done by a robot or manually
2. Install WordPress and create the categories u require for the content, also install a proper theme whatever u like
3. Now you can use a robot to add the extracted content ( step 1 ) as a post to the WordPress site -

This is not a hard process but it takes some time and you need to know PHP and some minor mySql,

I already have experience in WordPress for +5 years, for someone who knows what to do, it just takes 2-3 hours,

Long story short: You can't. You'll have to identify the theme used, install it on your own wordpress site, then get the texts and recreate the pages and posts.
