How can I complaint a Google ads Website Who is doing Phishing

Hello, there is a phishing website and they are using my keyword and show ads. They use blogspot website and redirect to black page inside of blogspot website. How can complaint this website to Google and remove the site. I filled out a form about phishing but no result. They use attack shield and we can not attack. Thank your for your help.
