How can I claim facebook page?

I have recently auctioned domain, that used to be a store. They have inactive IG page with 10k and FB page with 50k followers. Both pages are inactive for more than two years.
I am currently restoring the website. If I am the owner of the domain, where both of these pages are linking to it and have it as a website in profile. Can I claim these two accounts?:

It doesnt matter if you own the domain, it only matters if those pages were created using mails/phone numbers you own, have access to.

IF a mail connected with your new domain was used to create Instagram you can reclaim that Instagram. There is a method to take over that Instagram, takes 24 hours and you contact no one. You cna do it yourself, no one here is gonna tell you how, tho.
 
You have to request first to be able to lay any claim on that Facebook page.
 
you can try but I do not believe you will get a response or a yes, the only method is to contact the owner of the account and they give you the account but for meta will be a big no.
 
Claiming those pages are going to be a challenge.

Your best bet would be to reach out to meta business support and they will most likely reject your request but still worth a shot.
Secondly is to try and reach the page owner to see if he’s willing to transfer the page ownership.

If all else fails you’ll need to create new pages..
