Hi
i need free tool to check all my backlinks and it allowed to download them on file
i tried semrush but it doesnt shows all my backlinks
thanks advanced

There is no such tool to discover all backlinks even Ahrefs which is the best in the market won't find every backlink. Check in Google Webmaster Tools.
 
There are ways of doing this for free with the moz api
 
Find freelance service and pay $1-$2 for one Ahrefs or Semrush report see in Fiverr or in this forum ;)
 
Try the trial of monitorbacklinks in combination with semrush backlink audit and check with indexkings for active backlinks

BTW: to extract the urls from the reports search in Google for CSV URL EXTRACTOR / CONVERT URLs, helpful online tool
