how can I check list proxy show state or city ?

It depends on how many you are trying to check. If it's just a few you can use regular IP check websites like whatismyip.com. If you need to do batches you can either setup a geo-script to do it yourself, or search around and see if there's any sites setup that will let you do it.

There's ip-to-geo tools publicly available if you know the IP.
It's just searching for "geoip", one of the first ones that came up was https://geoip.com inputting on there will tell you approximate City/State details.

It dramatically depends on database, used by your software.
In general, it's impossible to determine the REAL geo-location.
