How can I check for my backlinks?

Hello to all. Can someone please saw me a way to check for backlinks to my websites?
I am mostly using online tools like smallseotools (cannot hyperlink, sorry) but I don't know how accurate they are. For example for one of my websites I've scraped more than 2 million links with scrapebox and posted succesfully to more than 300k, but the number of my backlinks are steady for more than 30 days and less than 100. I don't get it! Every time I am posting with SB I am link checking every successful post and counting down the number of "Found" posts. They should be more than 2k but all the online backlink checker tools are sawing me less than 100.
Can someone help?
