How can I change my ip ?

I need to use proxyes in order to use a link harvester that doesnt have proxy option in its settings.
I installed some proxy programs but they only hide my ip for IE or Firefox.

How can I change ip for all programs I use ??

you need to tunnel your application. you actually can use almost any software with a proxie.

i guess google will be your best friend on this.

I change mine as often as I change my underwear, which is at least once per week.

I use FoxyProxy for Firefox with Tor. I then tunnel this through Proxyway Extra. I set up numerous services & this gives me a new ip every 5 minutes (or however long youwant). I can set website filter patterns to tell foxyproxy when to use a proxy & when to not use one.

Tor is ok if the program has an option for proxy. But what do i do with other programs that dont have proxy options?
I need something that changes ip every X minutes.

ProxyFirewall can fdo that for you.. And it will auto detect all apps needing a connection on your computer so you don't have to manually configure any of your programs to work with it.

For my XP spambox I use Widecap (widecap.ru). I use proxy switcher pro on my Vista box and export the proxy list to widecap.
