i have an arabic blog about satellite frequencies and time of matchs and sport channels and this field have low comepetition but i cant reach to first pages even i wrote good articles full of words and unique but others have thousands visitors and i get less than 100
how can i be in the first pages

How's the quality of the content you're writing? Are you the one writing your content? Or are you hiring freelancers to write content for you?
 
Check backlinks of your website relative to top ranking pages. I doubt they must have greater or higher quality backlinks than your site.

Maybe your blog content is not that much longer than your competitor's article. Also, blogging has user engaged strategies to follow and get more visitors every day. Some of the strategies are,

The content is more than 700 words
The keyword should be in first 100 words
Interlinks preferred
IBL links should have good authority
The interlink anchor is more relevancy with the article
The title should have primary targeted keywords and the image alt text as well
multimedia contents are more preferable as content length, etc.
 
Compare your site seo with your competitor.
And start making content and building links based on those report.
 
Watch how you use your keywords. Your main keyword must be in your first paragraph. Don't overstuff. 1% keyword density is enough.
