How can I cash in on this Amazon Idea?

So in 2018 Amazon is coming to Australia to be 'fully operational', not sure what I mean by that but I assume it will operate just like it does in the US.

My questions is:

I live in Australia, how can I prepare myself for 2018 and to make money off it coming?
