How can I bypass Audio/Visual Content Copyright on YouTube?

1) Go to "My Videos".
2) Select "Resolve Copyright" on the video you are having copyright issues with. OR, go to the video itself and choose "resolve copyright" from there.
3) Scroll down and pick the option "I want to learn more about this dispute process".
4) Scroll down and pick the option "Take me to the dispute form".
5) Pick option #2 and PASTE the following statement into the text bar next to it;
"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."
6) Fill out the rest of the info on the page. Use your REAL name where it asks for it. Choose "Continue" when all information has been filled out.
7) Scroll down on the next page and select "Submit dispute".
Within 2-3 minutes your video's audio should be back!
Occasionally this will not work. Like I said in the video, this copyright covers 99% of copyrighted entertainment (From what I found out at least). Also, this will ONLY apply if you are not making any profit off your videos. If you intend to become a youtube partner, I would not suggest doing this.

Just gave this a try on a video of WWE clips that YouTube would not air in the United States. Will get back to you if it works.
They say your account can be deleted if you do a fraudulent attempt but I don't think it's fraudulent if you are attempting to interpret to the best of your ability.

easyadd a transparent text field and change the volume. the field will be not noticeable from the viewer but only from youtube, so it will think its different.
Tried that, tried adding an actual image of glass and decreasing the opacity that makes it barely watchable but it still detects. tried adding borders kinda worked but only when i rendered the video for low quality 240p. and what i want to upload is in 720p rendered file and this is detected. I do not want to try the dispute with fair use method but any other suggestions are welcome.
This thread still doesn't have an solution(other than copyright fair-use dispute).

Hi there! I use this way:
1) Download video from YouTube
2) Extract audio
3) Change the audio to Apply Filter
4) Replace the original audio obtained from the previous step
4) change the video in any way
5) Increase the speed by 8-10 percent
6) Upload to YouTube. Enable monetization.
7) Enjoy!
Sometimes this video has a long life but sometimes very short... There is a risk...
I'm a novice here and I can't insert a link. But you can find a my video in Youtube by ID OYAC2ELXtp4 or title "How to make a unique video (for BHW)"
