Of course you can and you can monetize the video aswell
why the fuck would they do it ? for subscribers? I doubt that because people doesn't really subscribe on that niche , they would like only to watch and that's it..
you need to test a lot in premiere pro with audio pitch , try,fail and repeat , I'm telling you it's working because I did bypass audio recently for some shows.
