How Can I Buy Expert Marketer Content

Do you any of you guys have any recommendations on hiring expert marketers to rewrite the homepage content of my website to maximize sales? If not, are there any tips that you can give me to tailor my site content? I'm not going to share my website here but I'm more looking for general advice on how to become a better copywriter or hire a copywriter who is better than I am.
