How can I buy email address without getting scam?

So I want to buy email addresses by a Facebook user, he wants me to send $ first, so how can I protect myself if he doesn't give me the email addresses?

That’s a very bad idea. It’s probably a scam. You could look into using an escrow service (trusted middle man) / PayPal (but I have never had luck with PayPal). I am sure members here would probably be able to offer similar accounts at a similar price maybe look at the marketplace / post a WTB?

Just look for some trusted middle man and thats it. Maybe he will accept pay with PayPal and pay for product option?
