Watched the video, sounds good, maybe I will give it a try later. Not for my website but for indexing my forum backlinks faster.

That sounds like a very good idea!
I tried the link you have in your signature,
but when i try login it always says wrong user/pass
ive even tried reset pass and does same with pass they send me lol

Ahh... this is one of the common issues people face with building backlinks. Generally any link from a decent site can be considered a good link no matter it is follow or nofollow, which ever way you look at it. Search engines like google likes to look upon highly on websites that does link building on different IPs. Also consider your internal link building. Having link juice from incoming links is as equally important as building your internal link structure.
Building links does not require you to have lots of links from forum profiles or exchange links from other people, what is important is whether your links is relevant. There are many webmasters that are trying to cheat the search engines therefore not all links are indexed. Also, ranking factors are not just from backlinks alone, a brand new website with the right onpage factors and keyword you can literally rank top 10 within days only with just a few good links.
Lastly, what the search engines wants to see is not too much on how many backlinks you have because spam is very popular these days, however that is a good way to determine whether or not you have any authority on the given niche, what's important is that you know what you are optimizing for and how you are linking to it.

If I were you, I'd look in to guest posting.
This means you either write or outsource a piece of quality content. You then offer the article to webmasters in your niche in exchange for a contextual link.
There are a lot of different tips and tricks to be successful with guest posting but it's too much to cover here.
Look for information here on BHW or maybe on WarriorForum.

Well, you could make good links by yourself.
For example, search for a profile link, web 2.0, well, something important and with relevance with the content of your site.
then search for tons of bad links and send it to your link...
Then you get a link in an relevant site with added power with your links,powerful and secure strategy and you can use black hat tools that you can get on this forum.

To the OP, I ain't no guru nor am I an expert marketer but I have been in the IM game for almost 7 years now. Not making millions or pulling in six figures but I can give you something which should help...
Just keep on working on them backlinks, never give up as all the work you have put in will have been for nothing.
I have one decent site, I rank for a term which most "Gurus" would say is madness to even attempt go for but after a year of hard work my site ranked on the first page and moved its way up slowly to the top.
The older your site becomes the better and easier it becomes, never stop backlinking, Google will reward you in the end and it will motivate you to greater things.
I know, I sound like a coach giving a pep talk to get you in gear and motivated! But hey, if it helps then I don't care how I sound heh.

4. Directory_ directory submission

8. forum signature _ high page rank relevant forum links
9. PR 3+ homepage backlinks
i think its enough google never disallow these backlinks all people using this seo strategy to create backlinks.
