to blast backlinks from any tool like xtrumer - DA is all about the sites where its backlinks are coming from, you might have echances of getting sites banned.

I hope you are not doing this for SEO purposes because having high PA/DA has no effect in rankings whatsover,these are metrics that google doesnt use and care less about.
But if you are in the domain selling business,then,having high PA/DA domains can make you sell more domains,you can get high PA/DA this through high pr links or spam

Backlinks from High DA/PA sites or Post Infographics to your blog. Sure, your site will increase asap.

As others pointed out, warm up Xrumer, Scrapebox, GSA and every other spamming tool out there.
A few blasts go a long ways for PA/DA. It's good to see that people are taking these metrics seriously over PR given the fact they are easiest to game.
