I read some tutorials about CPA.And they tell me first step is Register On Many CPA Networks,but where do i find these CPA Networks？

As a begginer, I think you should sign up on OGads / CPABuild and start promote offers with premade landing page (both network offer premade et host landing page). Try different traffic source and find what works for you :)
 
I've had the most success with Peerfly and Maxbounty, Ogads is pretty good too.

I already make some $k from ogads, now What should I do next?
 
CPA network is not that good for everyone!
So I see why you complain, CPM and PPI is better for me.
