you can learn by yourself, search engines have hundreds of thousands of information about these, there are hundreds of articles in the same category. Read, analyze, test, change your settings, even get banned for spam if necessary, but? learn by yourself.

you cannot become SEO expert overnight, for that you need to learn alot of SEO, social media, digital marketing and you can learn these things for free from youtube, also try to follow industry top minded person, influencers, experts and learn from them.
 
SEO isn't a one stop learning course. It requires time, adaptability
 
It's constantly changing so you'll have to keep up to date.
I found there's some interesting Youtubers like SEO Jesus who are pretty good
 
It took me 9 months to read almost all the articles & comments in the Black hat, white hat sections from the beginning to the end
I selected the valuable ones, the ones that were outdated and wondered why they were not used. Then I applied them to my project
Now, I have a treasure trove of open knowledge, resources, and a list of experts in each field at BHW.
However, I am still not an expert
