How can I ban a YouTube account?

Hey guys, a friend of mine was making like a few grand per month from YouTube, no blackhat techniques.

Then this other dude who was kind of his competitor decided to "expose" my friend as being a scammer, although he wasn't, but the guy made a video and used a combination of ad hominem logical fallacies, lies etc. to attack my friend and a bunch of people bought it. YouTube drama, geesh. So then he basicly told them to go flag my friends videos and a few days ago his account got suspended and deleted, and most of his income disappeared since he had like 7000 legit subscribers and has to start all over again.

Then this guy goes and hijacks his username and makes a few other fake accounts and goes around YouTube making fake comments with his name and people think it's my friend making the comments.

And to help my pal get at least SOME justice, how can I ban this guys account?

Yeah but he had like 20 trolls do it aswell.

That's already done, but this other dude just keeps on trolling.

Id say do the same in return or let karma get em and FOCUS on the hustle instead of vengence.
