How can I avoid cyber-squatting while also monetizing?

I own the .net domain of a very popular celebrity. I'm looking for some suggestions on monetization techniques that I won't get in trouble with. I don't want to lose the domain. So far I have nothing for a site, just the domain and a blank page.
