How Can I automize Azure VM (or VMSS) creating/login in/deleting process?

Hello guys, can you help me with this thing:
How Can I automize Azure VM (or VMSS) creating/login in/deleting process?
I thought about ARM templates, but it's not comfortable for full automation process
Maybe you can suggest Azure CLI way of automation, I just don't get it, how to make VMSS (with different presets) and delete them

It's really hard to do that may cause ur acc banned by microsoft
