How can i automate tweets from multiple accounts ? is there any subcription based site or bot available ?

Have you tried the free version of Hootsuite - you can create/use 5 profiles and it has scheduling features too. Not sure all your requirements but maybe a fit.

Oh cool, could you have 5 Twitter accounts then? Or is it just one account at 5 different sites?

I ask as I was going to suggest Hootsuite to, but if it's one account at 5 sites, then perhaps use iMacros to achieve the OP's goal.

You can try Co Tweet; create an account and you can schedule the tweets and send them to any specific time or multiple Twitter accounts. You will be able also to read , reply or re tweet the tweets and etc.

Not sure if you found anything yet OP, but check out buzzbundle, it does exactly what your wanting, and I use it for same thing your asking for, it also has a ton of other features.

i can give u a best way a App website name GrabInbox i used for schdules post on facebook profile fan page twitter . u can add more account in it. all is free of cost. is better then anything else i found
