I need guidelines because i want to approve my website from google news. What should i do?

You should focus on publishing high-quality, original and timely news content that should be according to guidlines og Google.
And your website should have a clear structure and good user experience.

does anybody here know why some of my sites that were "live" suddenly got "Not active" status? Some of them (the same style different niches) are still "Live". When I try to publish them again I got "In review" status but it changes into "Not active" after just 2 seconds. No explanation, no messages from Google at all. They don't even answer my e-mails, the only I get from them is standard auto-response: "Thank you for reaching out. We are working on your issue XXXXXX and will get back to you soon..."
And I have never received any response from them.

Be sure to write at least 2-3 articles per day and make sure you have clear navigation on your site. Write good About me/us, contact us, privacy policy pages and then apply.
From my experience 2-3 articles per day do not matter. I have GNews-approved websites with new posts 1 per 1-2 weeks and they are active. Whereas they deactivated sites with a lot of new articles each day (see my post above)

I am only suggesting that for first approval. After that, it is pretty much ok to write one news every few days.

Write some goog content like 10 to 12. Do not use any AI content. After that submit your site.
