How can i apply for Amazon Affiliate Program ?

Hello guys, I want to start using Amazon for my primary monetize method, because Adsense really so bad and need a lot of effort, so that's why i want to switch to Amazon, and i saw a lot people here make a decent money, so i have some question concerning applying to Amazon Affiliate Program !

1. Does amazon have any restrictions based on the location, because i'm from North Africa ?
2. Right now, i dont have a domain name, but i have a blogger which is pretty old from 2012 and have decent blog posts about food recipes, can i apply with this blogger ? or i should buy a domain name ?
3. Are they any good advices i have to consider before applying to amazon ?

- Search for amazon.com associates, and it will take you to the affiliate sign up website. Sign up there andthats all.
- It doesn't have any restriction based on location.
- Yes, you can use your blogger. I just entered a fake domain while signing up and it accepted me without any issues.
- None. They might ask you to fill the w-9 online form. Just enter your address, and tax number, etc.

Thats it. Just fill in the info correctly and you are ready to go.

Your blogger is based on food recipes. So you can use some product on that niche not all product. So my advice take a domain & hosting.
