How can I add VCC to Paypal account?

Hey blackhats! Lately, I've been receiving VCCs(Virtual Credit Card) from a mate's bank account. He gives me the Card Code, the expiration date and the CVC. I am actually trying to find a way to add the amount or the card to my paypal account so that I can purchase anything via paypal. My issue here is MoneyBookers, WesternUnion, and all these other websites do not accept VCC. I think Paypal blocks them and I am not sure on how to add one if they don't. This is why I'm asking your knowledge. I'd be really greatful if anybody could help me find a way.

Otherwise, is there a method to add the VCCs amount to my bank account, if the Paypal method does not work?

Few countries like USA,UK, Canada needs vba for verification, other than these countries you can verify with VCC. Im not sure about meta banks vcc quality, heard lot negative about them lately but you can contact pofigy at BST section. He's a great vcc provider in very cheap price which verifies your account almost immediately.
