How can I add this feature to WordPress?

Hello everyone, I have a client who wants the following on his wordpress website:

The user register on the site and wants to purchase a membership for a duration of 1 day, 7 days or 1 month. When the user purchases the membership, its data will be sent to a member-only website and a Telegram bot will accept its login details. Is there a way do this, with a plugin or something?

I clients wants this to be added on his website.

Membership site plugin > Make > Zapier (Maybe?)
