You need an account on Indian exchange like zebpay to receive bitcoins. You will not be able to withdraw money though by selling through exchange currently.

Localbitcoin works fine for my occassional usage. Try it out and get some reputable sellers over there.

You can accept them via coinpayments.net and then find a BTC to PayPal platform that will convert your earnings. I don't think there's a service that automatically receives Bitcoin and then adds those funds to your PayPal.

No one. U can accept bitcoins without using any of these services by some custom script as per cms that can present new addresses from ur pubkey to buyers , so they can simply scan your address to send payment direct to your wallet . But the problem is conversion to fiat. U need to look up some local seller as legal trading is not allowed in India.

This is something where I stuck. Bullshit policies of FM.
Well for now , I have got a solution suggested above by @Gogol and @krishnaverma
Anyways, further suggestions are welcome.
