How can design multi page woocommerce order and checkout?

I'm providing and selling services on my website. let's assume we want to sell website design service in a wordpress website by woocommerce.
For website design or similar services you should take some informations and variables from the customer. and if you add this variables in the product page it will reduce the sell rate and if combine to the checkout for, that will take a lot of time to fill them out and so it will reduce the sell ratio again. i want a page between product page and cart/checkout page. and in the page buyer selecting some variables and put some information about the service he/she wants.
So do you know a way that can do what i want?

You mean like conditional logic to add cross-selling adds or products or something like that?

Tnx for your suggestions but i checked that before and it isn't what I want.
As said previously , what i want is customer choose and put the information in a new page, not in product or checkout page, i unique page before the checkout.
That means 1-customer see the product page as always and click on the order 2- instead of go to the cart page, it will go to a page with a form which customer input additional info then click to redirect to checkout 3- checkout page
