How can a fellow junior web developer earn money to pay rent knowing that coding skills arent so good yet

Coding is becoming one of the dark horses of tech industries.

You can make plenty of cash promoting affiliate programs / affiliate offers within the AI space.

Although I don't know what those offers are yet.

You'd do this:
1. Find an offer.
2. Make a video on YouTube and promote that there.
You could frame it like this: "How to make $50 a day with AI images / videos starting from $0? Full guide"
And say everything meanwhile learning it by yourself.

Video making is very similar to programming, it's just more related to video engineering and not engineering as a whole itself.
All engineering domains share something in common which is finding ideas that match our realities (capitalism, cultures, monetary systems etc).

I think you can easily make an AI based product as a programmer. Use cloud like AWS and there are models via an API available.
Your core mission is to not exaggerate on how much you need to make money. You don't need much.

Only 2 steps. 1. An offer that covers keywords. 2. People going to keywords and you having an offer under those keywords.

Freelancing is always a good option. However, if you want to make money as a junior dev, having a great portfolio is the first and most important step.

Then you can start freelancing on LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr (I don't like fiverr a bit. Cheap and huge competition), or maybe sell your services here on BHW :)
