Hello guys i bought a monetized channel 1 year ago,a couple months ago it was de monetized becaue i pubblished some videos reposted from other channels.
How can i re apply?Now the video with many views which made the account monetized is too old,so i need to make 4000 views in 1 year

Is it safe to buy watch hours ?Do you know a good supplier?

There shouldn't be any major issues buying watch hours and subscribers. You might need some time to find a good supplier though. Also make sure to delete any videos that are against YouTube Partner Program (e.g. stolen content).

Concentrate on making good video content in hopes that one would go viral and accumulate views. You don't want to put your channel under scrutiny just yet .

Buy 4000 watch hours on your unique content, and delete the reused video content.

It was demonetized because you voilated YouTube policy. Now you cannot get it monetized again.
