How buying monetize yt account work?

If adsense is attached to the channel then you can remove and add your own adsense account in youtube settings
As I told before sellers mostly sell yt account only not adsense since adsense account are with name and bank account details
so does that mean if i buy a youtube ypp account and post my videos on it can i monetize them and can youtube demonetize the account again?

When I sell to the local guy near me, he usually gives me his Adsense ID password, and I change the Adsense and then give it to him.
Because
Last time when I sold, and he tried to change Adsense from different location, Adsense got blocked.
He had to wait seven days to change the Adsense.

you can monetize them without any issues it only get demonetize if you did not follow content policy
I bought a monetized channel and had 1 boosted to the levels yt requires and the next month I had like 200 views on my whole channel and wasnt approved for monetization... so unless you add a bunch of new videos each month and market them enough to get views you wont be monetized even with 1000 subs and 4000 view hours
