Software ? I got dizzy just by looking at all the hardware alone. For such a setup I guess the software part is not a challenge at all, it is all that hardware which would cost quite some amount of money and it requires time and skills to keep such hardware working the way they should work.

hardware can be found but software for managing hundreds of thousands fb accounts with millions of fake news texts seems to be a big challenge
it's exactly a bot farm - as you can hear from a video they've been using that for spread fake politician news hadrware is not a problem, but

yes that's right, it can be a bot farm, if the software has supporting bot features. But mostly just mass features, that works like a modem pool. But i saw the video there is a standard modem, it's not a modem pool for SIM CARD pool, it's modified to lower hardware costs

Not sure but this looks too yellow to me. I've seen those branded differently over the years on various places. Anyway, software was always on Chinese and sometimes some broken English UI has been used.
Option: XJX Big Sim Cards 128 Sim Pool
Note: Those are SIM pools for modem pools and cannot be used for voice traffic - only sms and GOIP (at least those I have seen had only this)
