How bitcoin price moves?

As my understanding in forex market.. Let's say EUR/USD price moves from 1.1933 to 1.1934 within 1 second

It is understood that transactions just happened at 1.1934


But in bitcoin world, on average it takes about 10 minutes for transactions to be confirmed

I'm just curious how could bitcoin price moves within 1 second?

It happens on the exchange lol. Being sold at the exchange within 1 second and receiving your btc in 10 minutes is completely different things.
