How big of a CTR should I expect?

I want to get Twitter followers and then post tweets when I create a new blog post. I will follow people who are already following similar blogs/topics to my blog.

What kind of a CTR should I expect? I know it's really hard to say but can you give me atleast some estimates on your experience.

Will it be 1%, 10%, 30%? As I said I would get followers by following people who are interested in this topic. My tweets are not spam but high quality blog posts (not trying to sell anything).
